Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the sealed Trading Card Games (TCG) products, we do not offer returns. However, if you receive items that do not match the product description, such as receiving the wrong item, we are here to assist you.

If your item arrives not as described, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: send us an email at harry@cardsociete.com.au with the subject line RETURN order#(order number)

  • Include Proof of Purchase: Attach your Proof of Purchase, photographic proof to the email.

  • Provide Details: Clearly outline the issue with the received item.

Our dedicated team will review your case promptly and work towards a resolution. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Should you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, you may still submit a cancellation request prior shipment. We do not accept cancellations once your order is shipped. We advise you to submit your cancellation request as soon as possible. Send us an email at harry@cardsociete.com.au with the subject line CANCEL order# (order number)

  • Please note that cancellations are subject to a 3% fee, that is deducted from the refunded amount. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.

  • Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.

  • Our shipping rate is calculated by the weight of the item(s) according to Australia Post's standard.

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at the checkout stage.

  • ​Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1 - 2 business days of payment. *Does not apply to pre-order items.

  • For precise delivery times to metro and regional areas, please check out the Australia Post's website.

  • We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the courier for further assistance.

  • We are not shipping internationally at the moment. Sorry!!

Pre-order Policy

Pre-order Policy

  • The payment for pre-order will be charged to your Credit Card/PayPal at the time of purchase. Please note that you have a 48-hour window to request a cancellation for a pre-order due to a change of mind.

  • If you wish to cancel your pre-order within the 48-hour window, send us an email at harry@cardsociete.com.au with the subject line CANCEL order# (order number)

  • Please note that cancellations are subject to a 3% fee, that is deducted from the refunded amount. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.

  • After the initial 48-hour period, your pre-order payment will be finalised, and you cannot request a cancellation. This is to ensure a smooth pre-order process and to facilitate timely delivery of the product.

  • When placing a pre-order through Card Societe, please note that all additional items in the same cart will be dispatched along with the pre-ordered item. This implies that if the pre-order item is scheduled to ship in one month, you will have to wait one month for all other items in the cart. If you prefer to ship right away for non pre-order items, kindly place them in a different cart and proceed with a separate order. Please be aware that orders cannot be fulfilled or canceled partially.
